2009 marked the first year in which Team Canada Volleyball joined forces with the Canadian Sport Centre Manitoba (CSCM) to create the Drive Fore the Podium Golf Tournament. Collaborating with the CSCM on this event has resulted in an upgrade to a major fundraising initiative for the National Women’s team. This event is the largest annual fundraiser for local Manitoba High Performance athletes and Olympic Hopefuls, which includes the National Women’s Volleyball Team.
