Volleyball Nations League returns to Ottawa in 2019
Canada’s men’s national team will play matches on June 7, 8 and 9 against Australia, Germany and Serbia, at The Arena at TD Place at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa.

International Coaching Symposium
As part of Volleyball Nations League in Ottawa (June 7 to 9, 2019), we are hosting an International Coaching Symposium.
The International Coaching Symposium targets coaches interested in expanding their coaching knowledge through presentations on high level volleyball principles. Coaches of school, club, college, university, provincial and national teams will all benefit from this program. The presenters will all have national/international volleyball experience and will deal with advanced coaching concepts capable of inspiring coaches with a wide range of experiences.
Topics of Interest
A combination of on-court and classroom sessions will be offered. The topics will range from skill specific training to efficient coaching principles and more:
• Training and tactics of serve reception, setting and attacking
• Offensive system training
• Point scoring optimization with serve velocity
• Understanding load management
• Principles of motor learning
• Q&A sessions with international coaches... and much more!
