Let’s Rally Together Apart
Volleyball Canada and its Nationals merchandise partner, VolleyballStuff, have created a few items to recognize teams and their families coming together and staying apart to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. A portion of the proceeds from the “Rally Together Apart” gear will be donated to local food banks via Food Banks Canada.
“Nothing can replace the atmosphere and competition of Nationals, but we wanted to give a shout-out to the teams and individuals who worked so hard to reach Nationals, only to now have to stay home to keep themselves and their communities healthy,” said Robin Guy, Director of Governance and Partnerships for Volleyball Canada. “We are inspired by teams and individuals donating money to charities in their communities. We are all stronger when we work together!”
Sales begin March 27 until April 30, 2020, with shipping expected in mid-May (depending on local regulations and restrictions).
