The Volleyball Canada Youth National Championships are the premier domestic, national event for the Canadian volleyball community. Volleyball athletes from across the country, including girls and boys age groups, 14U to 18U, hit the courts to battle for national glory.
Volleyball Canada is excited to bring back the festival atmosphere National Championship event in 2026, with Calgary, Alberta playing host to the flagship event at the BMO Centre. Athletes in the 14U Boys, 15U Girls to 18U age divisions will compete across four exciting waves of action in this premier venue.
The 14U age category will be featured in five regional tournaments taking place in Ottawa, Moncton, Edmonton, Calgary, Mississauga. Meanwhile, the 15U Boys Nationals will also be held in Mississauga.

- WIN: Book your team with Absolute Travel Specialists by January 30, 2026 and you will be automatically entered into a draw for a $500 credit towards your group flight booking.

- Air Canada Groups no longer provides group quotes unless you are an IATA registered agency, which Absolute Travel is.
- Absolute Travel has experience booking team group travel and has assisted Volleyball Canada Teams for all Nationals since 2015.
- WestJet has a long-standing group relationship with Absolute Travel.

Accomodations
Volleyball Canada’s Stay to Play policy is in effect for the 2026 Nationals. All participating travelling teams must book their accommodation through the event’s Accommodation Management Provider (AMP) to be eligible to play in the tournament.

Service Providers
Volleyball Canada is seeking interest from service providers from across the country to support various Volleyball Canada events which are held in various provinces and cities throughout the year.
Volleyball Canada is currently seeking support in the following roles:
- Announcers (ceremonies, in-game & play by play)
- Mascot performer (costume provided)
- DJ
- Event Communications/Content coordinator
- Portrait photographer (individual & team photos)
- Event photographer (sports action)
- Event videographer
Events typically are held within the following timeline:
- Youth Indoor National Championships – Held annually throughout the month of May
- Senior indoor national championships - Held annually in March or April
- Youth & Senior Beach National Championships - Held annually in August
- Indoor Canada Cup - Held annually in July
- Indoor International events – Schedule varies
- Beach International events – Schedule varies
Please note that this is not an application process and that Volleyball Canada will only reach out should they have a need for a service provider in a host city location. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee selection, but it is required for consideration. Previous volleyball experience is required only for certain roles.
