Volleyball Canada hosted the 2025 World Championships NORCECA qualification tournament trials at Ashbridges Bay in Toronto on July 31.

The following teams have earned a spot in the next phase of qualification:

• Marie-Alex Bélanger and Lea Monkhouse
• Sam Schachter and Jonny Pickett

These teams will attend the NORCECA World Championships Qualification Tournament in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from September 18–21, 2025.

The top four teams from the NORCECA tournament will qualify for the 2025 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships, taking place in Adelaide, Australia, from November 14-23, 2025.

Both of the teams (as well as other Canadian pairs) will also compete in the upcoming Beach Pro Tour Elite 16 event in Montreal, which begins Aug. 13.
