2025 Beach Nationals Tournament Dates Announced

January 31, 2025 – Volleyball Canada is excited to announce that the 2025 Beach Nationals presented by Mikasa will take place in Toronto from August 15 to 17 and in Vancouver from August 22 to 24.

The Toronto event at Ashbridges Bay will feature youth divisions from 14U to 18U, along with the newly introduced 20U category and the Senior Men’s and Women’s divisions. One week later, the Vancouver tournament at Spanish Banks East will host youth divisions from 14U to 16U.

Medals will be awarded in all age categories. The Senior Championship will once again feature a $25,000 prize purse.

Clubs competing at Beach Nationals will have the chance to earn points based on their athletes’ performances within all youth age divisions. The club with the highest total points will be crowned the 2025 Beach Nationals Club Champion.

Volleyball Canada will continue its commitment to community engagement. The annual beach clean-up will return, inviting athletes, families, and fans to help keep our beaches clean. Additionally, a Para Beach Volleyball clinic will be hosted, providing an opportunity for participants to learn and experience the sport. Further details on these initiatives will be shared in the coming months.

The tournament will see a total of 888 athletes compete on 116 courts across the two event locations. Off court, participants can visit the vendor area to shop Volleyball Canada merch and brands including Left on Friday and Jumplete, the official event uniform providers.

"Beach Nationals is always an exciting event, and we’re thrilled to introduce the new 20U category in Toronto this year," said Sandra de Graaff, Director, Domestic Competitions at Volleyball Canada. "With top-tier competition, special events, and community engagement initiatives, 2025 is shaping up to be an incredible year for beach volleyball in Canada."
