Double silver and a bronze for Canada
Nov. 04, 2024: Canadian teams picked up three medals this past weekend at the 2024 NORCECA Beach Tour event on the Caribbean island of Bonaire.
Jake MacNeil and Arran Chambers bring home silver after a three-set final loss to Jake Urrutia and Wyatt Harrison of the United States 2-1 (21-13, 16-21, 15-10).
MacNeil/Chambers reached the gold medal match after beating fellow Canadians Martin Licht and Luke de Greeff 2-1 (21-18, 19-21, 15-9). Licht/de Greeff went on to win their first NORCECA beach medal defeating USA’s Charles Siragusa and John Schwengel 2-1 (21-19, 16-21, 18-16) in the bronze medal match.
