Women’s Olympic Qualifier Roster

Women’s Olympic Qualifier Kicks Off This Weekend

Sept. 14, 2023: Canada’s team is set to compete in the Olympic Qualification Tournament (OQT), which will take place for women’s teams from September 16 to 24, 2023.

Canada will play in Ningbo, China, in a pool with China, Serbia, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Czechia, Mexico and Ukraine.

Each pool is played in a single round robin format and is ranked per the standard team rankings system. The top two ranked teams per pool qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Other pools are taking place in Japan and Poland. A full list of teams is here:

The men’s tournament is Sept. 30 to Oct. 08, with Canada also competing in China.
